§ 13.28.110. Disconnect/reconnect charge.

Disconnect/reconnect charge. If payment is made after actual disconnection from municipal utility service because of nonpayment, a disconnect and reconnect charge of thirty dollars each shall be assessed against that utility account. If the reconnection is performed after business hours, the fee shall be sixty dollars. The Town reserves the right to assess the individual account any additional costs which are incurred as a result of the disconnect or reconnect action.

B.

Special meter readings. A fee of fifteen dollars shall be assessed against an utility account for special readings performed at a customer's request or those that are not normal or customary.
