§ 13.28.120. Property owners liability.

The owner of any property or premises served by the Town's water or wastewater treatment systems shall be held personally liable for any and all charges imposed under the provisions of this ordinance. Such charges are and remain a lien upon any property or premises served thereby until such charge is paid. Charges may be collected from any owner by an action at law or in equity, such action is to be in the name of Oak Creek, and may be prosecuted in any court having jurisdiction. The action may be for the enforcement of the lien. Any lien attached to any lot or building comprising the property or premise served by the Town's water or wastewater system shall extend to the whole of such premises thereby served.
