§ 6.04.190. Impoundment—Notice of violation.

Police officers, animal control officers or such person or persons designated by the Town Board shall impound any dog, cat or other animal found in violation of this chapter. The officer may serve the owner of the dog, cat or other animal with a notice of violation, in lieu of impounding the dog, cat or other animal.
